Join HOPE for our biennial Alumnae Summit, a personal and professional development retreat in Paso Robles, California. This in-person, 2-day event is open exclusively for alumnae of the HOPE Leadership Institute (HLI), HOPE Binational Fellowship, HOPE Regional Leadership Institute (RLI), HOPE College Leadership Program (HCLP) and key supporters of HOPE's programs.
Held every other year, the HOPE Alumane Summit is a powerful gathering designed to strengthen our collective leadership, deepen our connections, and recharge our purpose. This weekend-long experience features dynamic briefings and intimate group discussions on the most pressing issues facing Latina leaders and our communities—including economic resilience and Latinas’ influence in corporate America.
You’ll hear from Latina public servants, business executives, and thought leaders, as well as reconnect with HOPE’s extraordinary network of alumnae across diverse industries and regions. At the heart of the Summit is wellness. This is your time to pause, reflect, and invest in yourself. Rejuvenate your mind, relax your body, and realign with your personal and professional goals.
