SandJam- 2025 Forces of Nature

The Jackson County Recreation Department, in partnership with the city of Pascagoula, will host their free annual summer event, Sand Jam – Forces of Nature, a celebration of Mississippi’s native wildlife, environment, and heritage.
This free event includes activity booths, live turtles, kayaking, fishing for children (15 years of age and under), art activities for all ages, treasure hunt, beach games, and much more!
Sand Jam is a great collaboration of organizations, businesses, and individuals that are committed to preserving, protecting, and celebrating coastal Mississippi’s rich heritage, natural habitats, waterways, and wildlife. This year we are pleased to announce the addition of music that will showcase songs from our region.
Come join the free fun as we all work together to appreciate, respect, and celebrate our wildlife and their habitats. Are you a force of nature?
