Join us for a guided history tour aboard Metro! This will be a fun way to explore your transit system, enjoy some scenery, and learn some local history in a free event!
We will be meeting at 10am in the plaza next to the platform at Del Mar station in Pasadena. From here your tour guides will lead you on the Metro A Line (formerly the Gold Line) south to Little Tokyo station in Downtown L.A., explaining the history and significance of this railroad along the way! We will be making a few stops along the way, and in Little Tokyo participants will have the opportunity to break away for lunch. We anticipate returning to Pasadena by 1:30pm.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes. We have a limited number of TAP cards available with transit fare for the day for those who don't already have one, but they're first-come, first-serve. Lunch will not be provided, participants must purchase or bring their own.
