Mental Health Monday

We’re so excited to share our first Mental Health Monday workshop happening June 9th!

Join us from 6-7pm at 221 E. Walnut St, Suite 100 in Pasadena as we dive into “Helping Our Kids Cope”

Together we will learn to identify signs of mental health struggles and discover healthy ways to support our children through difficult times.

We’ve brought together an incredible panel of speakers including Jacqueline Snell (President of Jazzy Jam for Empowerment), Dr. Ellyn Williams, Chenarii Bussey (Yoga & Health Coach), and Alondrea Hampton (Life & Wellness Coach) to share their expertise and insights.

This is the launch of our monthly workshop series designed to help families heal together. We believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone in our community.
