Farmer's Market Summer Drinks — Mixology Class (Open to the public!)

Buying a ticket grants you admission to this class from 12PM to 2PM on Saturday August 2nd, 2025.

Let’s celebrate our rich bounty and see what's in season right now!

After going to our own South Pasadena Farmer’s Market and seeing what is available that day, lets see what we can make! In a very low pressure version of ‘Iron Chef’, we will create our own cocktails using what we have gotten from the market! We will make syrups, juices, and cordials with what is fresh and seasonal, and then, using a myriad of classic cocktails as our canvas, we will come up with our own “farmer’s market” variations!

Cocktails covered may include drinks like the:

• Margarita
• Aperol Spritz
• Tom Collins
• Bourbon Smash

*You must be at least 21 years old to attend this class. Your age will be verified in person.*

Classes are held in person at the Institute of Culinary Education at 521 E. Green Street Pasadena, CA 91101.
