4th of July Prix-Fixe Dinner

Celebrate Independence Day at Sam and Maggie’s!

On July 4th we will host a special dinner from 6:30-9:30. The night will feature a special prix-fixe menu focused on all of the delicious things that make for a perfect cookout on the Chesapeake. We are talking about blue crab, smoked meat, & the best local produce like tomatoes, watermelon, peaches & corn. Of course everything will have that signature Sam & Maggie’s twist.

Here's what we'll be serving:

Black Sesame Koji Bread
with whipped koji butter

Eastern Shore Tomato Gazpacho
with compressed & pickled watermelon ceviche

Smoked Brisket Tacos
with mango salsa & pickled onions

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
with shiitake elote

Proseco Poached Peaches
with mascarpone cream, vanilla custard cake, candied almonds & blueberries
