Aqua Zumba with Chantal

Aqua Zumba is a high-energy aquatic workout that fuses Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. Aqua Zumba gives participants all the benefits of a challenging, fun, body-toning workout – in the water! Reduces stress on the knees and joints, improves blood circulation and heart health while toning your entire body with this fun and engaging aqua fitness party. All fitness levels are welcome, this is a challenging workout, but everyone is able modify when needed. The Drop in fee for this location is $10, but feel free to take advantage of my package that includes my other location as well.

***Participants can pay the additional $15 guest fee and hang out at the pool all day! Enjoy a cold drink at the Tiki Bar! Everyone must exit the club and re-enter.***
