11th Annual FPHS + WHS Cross Country Alumni Race

The event is for all current and alumni FPHS and WHS Cross Country runners. Be sure to attend in order to stay connected to the sport, coaches, and teammates that have positively impacted your life. You are welcome to walk, jog, run, or race the approximately 2 mile course.

The meet will be scored current athletes versus alumni athletes according to gender. For example, all current girls from both schools will be competing against all alumni girls from both schools and all current boys from both schools will be competing against all alumni boys from both schools. As usual, the top 7 finishers for each team affect the overall scoring with only the top 5 placers for each team contributing to team scoring.

There will be a trophy engraved with the team (current or alumni) with the lowest combined score. For example, the current women's score and the current men's score will be added together for a total and the alumni women's score and the alumni men's score will be added together for a total. This trophy will be kept by the team's head coaches and brought to this event each year.

If you can bring some bottled water, apples, oranges, and/or bananas to share after the event, then it would be greatly appreciated.
