This is a women-only dance party. It's group therapy. Also, cardio? Let's just call it self-care on the dance floor.

Bring as many friends as you’d like—or come solo. Once you’re here, we’re in this together.
We’ll handle the lights, the playlist, and encourage the collective unravelling.
You bring your body, your baggage, and your best moves.
Project No. 1 Theme: Sequins for no reason.
Wear a touch of sparkle, glitter, rhinestones… or don’t. Totally up to you. Comfortable is always cool.
Doors open at 5:30PM. Check in, grab a cocktail or a mocktail, and then we dance. And if you don’t want to dance? Still come and hang. You do you.
