This immersive afternoon is led by Dr. Don Wood, PhD, founder of the Inspired Performance Institute and creator of the TIPP (Inspired Performance) Program, a neuroscience-based method that clears stored trauma and restores present-moment focus.
You will:
1. Take part in a guided group trauma-release session using TIPP’s NEURO technique, designed to update the mind’s “glitches” and calm the stress response.
2. Move straight into breath-guided vibrational sound work with Pamela Butters and Kitty Stoneburner, allowing the nervous system to settle into new patterns of coherence.
3. Close with structured integration practices that anchor regulation and elevate cognitive and emotional performance.
