Together, they have a unique passion for creating a container that allows you to deeply rest and nourish your whole self. Kellie and Chelsea's offerings are a sensory sanctuary. They allow participants the space to deeply rest and balance and reconnect with their nervous systems, using the power of yoga and sound. If you're looking to deeply nurture your inner landscape, this is set to be very special evening.
This collaborative offering is a two and a half hour live soundscape, featuring a 90 minute yin yoga nidra and guided meditation.
Allow your body to unravel in gentle, guided somatic yin yoga movements, encouraging deep relaxation and release, all while you are enveloped in the bliss of soothing, gentle sound vibrations.
Together, Kellie and Chelsea have a beautiful collection of sound tools and instruments, including but not limited to:
Two full sets of crystal singing bowls
The handpan and its earthy, resonant tones
Angelic harp melodies
Soft and gentle wind chimes
The shruti box and acoustic guitar, coupled with voice activation and sacred mantra
