Volunteer info session and rainbow brainstorming

Join us for an information session on volunteering for the Paekākāriki Pride Festival!

Paekākāriki Pride means something different to everyone who attends. For some, it's a fun weekend out with the whānau. For others its a safe space to be fully themselves. Whatever the reason people join in on Paekākāriki Pride it is an expression of love, acceptance and pure joy.

To make that happen we need volunteers who help to make the events run smoothly, keep participants safe, and be the eyes and ears for the committee.

Volunteers also have so many great ideas! The committee is finalising the schedule for the weekend but would love to hear from anyone who has an idea for an event they would like to lead and that we can support.

So come on out for a kōrero and kai and learn how you can be part of the joy and fun of Pride <3
