A movement and dance based workshop to help you stop dimming your light and step into your power.
We’re all ugly, beautiful, messy and magical, but when we hide the uncomfortable parts of ourselves, not only do they grow louder, but our brilliance gets trapped alongside them.
In this workshop I’ll be guiding you, through movement and dance, to step into your essential self. The part of you who is powerful and brilliant, who doesn’t care what others think, who wants to move, take up space and play full-out without fear of ridicule or failure. And for her to be free, you first have to release the discomfort that’s been squashing her.
If you’re someone who waits to see if you’re doing it right, hangs back until others go first, or tries to look good while secretly wanting to shrink down so no one notices you, I get it. We all meet these moments.
They’re not signs of failure, they’re signs you’ve reached an edge. And on the other side of that edge is more of your magic, your truth and your freedom.
This workshop gives you a safe, supported space to meet those edges with compassion and learn how to move through them into something bigger, brighter and more you.
Through movement, dance, and a simple inner process you can continue using long after the workshop, you’ll learn how to recognise what’s blocking you, move through it, and transform it into power, freedom and joy.
You’ll feel the shift in your body as you finally move in ways you’ve been holding yourself back from.
