RUN CLUB🏃‍♂️F45 Training

RUN CLUB🏃‍♂️ In preparation for the Kapiti Half Marathon on 9 November 2025,
we’ would love for you to join us for Sunday morning runs. Open to ALL. Meet at 7:15am at the studio (10 Manchester Street) for a warm-up, then we’ll hit the Kapiti Expressway for a 30-minute run. This is for all fitness levels and paces. We’ll run 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back. Some will run faster, others (like me) a little slower, but we’ll all finish together. We’ll be back at the studio for a cool-down around 8am, before no doubt a few of us head off for a well-earned coffee!
