We get it, finding time for YOU while caring for your little one isn’t easy. That’s why we’re launching Mums & Bubs sessions:

� Full F45 strength-based workouts
� Mums & bubs only, quieter, more supportive vibe
� Safe space for bubs (capsules or play area)
� Coaches ready to help comfort bubs so you can train

� Starting Tuesday 7 October | Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:15am
