Designed to be accessible and engaging for all skill levels, these classes provide a safe and inclusive environment where you can experience joy and laughter through movement.
We nurture creative curiosity and build social connections through a variety of dance activities, including improvisation, dance-based games, and composition.
Our classes enhance body and spatial awareness and foster an understanding of basic dance concepts, all while promoting social interactions through movement.
When: Wednesdays, 6.30 to 8 pm. 16th July to 3rd September.
