Mums n Bubs class

⚠️ New Class Alert! ⚠️

Come along to our new Mums n Bubs class on Wednesday 25th June at 1:00pm!

The class will involve some sensory play for the babies, and a light workout for the mums, focusing on rebuilding pelvic floor and core strength.

What you need to bring:

- a small blanket for your baby to lay on
- a cushion if you require lumbar support when lying on your back
