Active Hour for 50+ - FREE Class!

Move your body, and connect with your community during our FREE Active Hour class on Wednesday, June 18th! A fun and free session for adults 50+ as part of the ParticipACTION Community Challenge from 10:00 am to 11:30 am🪁

Enjoy a variety of low-impact games and activity stations, including cornhole, floor curling, ladder ball, darts, and more! It’s a great way to stay active, meet new friends, and celebrate healthy living.
