Subject: Invitation to Participate in the Formulating Credit and Collection Policy Seminar
Dear Cooperative Officers,
Warm greetings of solidarity and cooperation!
The Parañaque City Union of Cooperatives (PqCUC), in partnership with and through the sponsorship of the Parañaque Federation of Cooperatives (PqFC), is pleased to invite your cooperative to participate in the upcoming “Formulating Credit and Collection Policy Seminar” scheduled on August 29, 2025 (Friday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at Ruby Hall 1, Max’s Restaurant, Sucat, Parañaque City.
This one-day seminar will equip cooperative leaders with practical tools to develop and implement effective credit and collection policies covering credit risk assessment, credit limits, payment terms, overdue account management, and compliance with cooperative regulations to help strengthen both financial stability and member relations.
In line with this, we respectfully invite two (2) representatives from your cooperative, preferably the Chairperson, a member of the Board of Directors, the Manager, a Credit Committee member, or a member of the Collection Team to attend the seminar.
Registration Details:
-Free of charge for member cooperatives of the Parañaque Federation of Cooperatives (PqFC)
-PqCUC primary members may charge their registration to their Cooperative Education and Training Fund (CETF)
-Non-members of both PqFC and PqCUC are required to pay a ₱1,000.00 registration fee.

To ensure accountability and fairness, confirmed participants who fail to attend without prior notice will be charged a ₱1,000.00 no-show fee.
