Join Kura Cares for free weekly fitness sessions designed to support your health and hauora in a welcoming, encouraging environment. These 60-minute workouts are perfect for all fitness levels – whether you’re starting out, getting back into exercise, or looking for a way to stay active with your whānau and neighbours.
🏃 What to Expect Each Session:
Welcome & Safety: 2–3 mins
Warm-Up: 8–10 mins to get the body ready
Cardio Block: 12–15 mins walk/jog/shuttles
Strength Circuit: 6–8 simple stations (15 mins)
Team Finisher: Fun, short relay to end strong (8–10 mins)
Cool Down & Stretch: 5–8 mins
Wrap-Up: Celebrate and check in for next sessions (2 mins)

Everyone is welcome – tamariki, rangatahi, pakeke – bring your whānau and friends! Workouts are scalable for all abilities.
