Join us for health and wellness (hauora) workouts at Otaawhati/Ray Small Park – designed to get you moving, feeling great, and connecting with your community!
🌀 What to expect (approx. 60 mins):
✅ Quick sign-in, welcome & safety briefing
✅ Warm-up (8–10 mins)
✅ Cardio block – walk/jog/shuttles (12–15 mins)
✅ Strength circuit – 6–8 simple stations (15 mins)
✅ Team finisher – short, fun relay (8–10 mins)
✅ Cool-down & stretch (5–8 mins)
✅ Wrap-up & next dates
👨👩👧👦 Who can join:
Perfect for adults of all fitness levels, children 5+ welcome. These sessions are inclusive for diverse communities, including those with mobility limitations or low fitness levels.

Just your towel and water bottle – we provide everything else.
