Forest Bathing

Celebrate our 'Tangled Roots' exhibition with this outdoor activity! Slow down and step away from the noise of daily life with this nourishing Forest Bathing experience. Guided by a facilitator who spent 8 years living at a retreat in the Coromandel offering mindful nature practices, this session invites deep connection with the natural world.

What to Expect:

Opening circle
A gentle journey into stillness, using the senses to connect with the environment
Mindful invitations to engage with the natural world
A short, slow walk to integrate and reflect
Closing circle

This is not a hike — it’s a deeply restful, sensory immersion in nature.

The session runs for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Meet at the Visitors Centre.
