Perfect pickled veges

Join our expert Sue for this Love Food Hate Waste Pickling workshop. Learn how to make a delicious Fridge pickle to make the most of the abundance of vegetables available at this time of year, and stock up your fridge with healthy, delicious food you can enjoy all year round.

Bring along any veggies you have access to, plus clean jars with lids and you’ll go home with preserves made on the day, along with the skills to keep pickling and preserving in your own kitchen and community.

The workshop will be held in the Logan Campbell Building, near the edible garden.
