This event covers Stream 1 of the ABACUS workshop series, running from February to June. Workshops are delivered monthly and follow a set learning sequence. Each session builds on the last.

About the ABACUS workshops
ABACUS workshops are practical, skills-focused sessions designed for people with lived experience who are interested in strengthening confidence, communication, and capability in helping, peer, or support roles.

• Your place is not confirmed until we contact you
• This is an in-person workshop series
Eligibility
• Lived experience of emotional distress or harm from alcohol or other drugs
• Live in the Counties Manukau health region
• Aged 18–65
