Pointe-Classical Ballet

Pointe work in classical ballet is where the dancer stands on the tips of the toes in specially designed shoes. This skill requires years of classical ballet training as well as several months of “pre-pointe” conditioning to strengthen the legs, feet and ankles. Students age 12+ dancing at Level 3 or higher may enroll in Pre-Pointe, and must pass a physical and written exam before purchasing pointe shoes.
$15 drop in
