Join us for a 4-hour journey designed to align your body and spirit with the season.
As autumn arrives in our sweet little valley, with its changing colors and it's shifting energy, Ayurveda reminds us to find balance through embracing rhythm, and by cultivating warmth and grounding practices.
We will begin by moving slowly into gentle yoga, exploring poses through the lens of each dosha, to discover what supports your unique body this season. As we weave Ayurvedic wisdom into the practice, you’ll learn how your constitution responds to the airy energy of fall.
From there, we’ll pause to blend and sip your own personalized Ayurvedic tea, a grounding ritual to bring steadiness to body and mind. With warmth in hand and local Ayurvedic snacks prepared to indulge in, we’ll move into creating a recipe book filled with meals curated for your dosha, giving you practical tools to nourish yourself through the season ahead.
You’ll leave with your tea blend, your recipe starter book, and a deeper understanding of your doshic makeup, carrying home a plan to feel rooted, and empowered as we step into autumn.
This workshop is offered by donation ($30 suggested), an offering of both science and spirit, where the wisdom of Ayurveda meets the turning of the seasons.
