Basics of exercise and exercise for muscle building
How to create an exercise chart
How supplements help
How much we should work out
Cardio vs resistance training
And much more
All questions regarding nutrition and exercise will be answered.
The main motto of this session is to raise awareness, clear common myths, and clarify certain facts that may help participants gain a clearer vision of fitness.
