Aroma Slow Flow & Yin Yoga Workshop w/Amy T.

Aroma Slow Flow & Yin provides the perfect blend of a slow-vinyasa flow with a restorative yin practice. The slow flow sequence will strengthen the muscular tissue and bring heat to your body. The class ends with a grounding yin sequence that provides a deep stretch to your shoulders and hips. Amy T will weave the use of thoughtfully selected aromas and essential oils to enhance this calm, restorative yoga practice.

ALL levels are welcome, no experience required. Mats and yoga props are available for your use in the studio if needed.
