Reiki Level 1: Initiate Experience (Registration Required)

All trainings include a bound manual, attunements appropriate for the level, instruction, & 1 no-cost Reiki session for energy integration.
Minimum class size is 3 people. for Reiki 1 & 2
1:1 training available upon request for an additional fee for Reiki 1 & 2

About the class:

Initiation into the Flow: Reiki Level 1 is where your journey begins. Imagine it as the planting of a seed—a seed of healing light within you.

In this foundational course, you’ll learn:

The history and principles of Reiki.
How to connect with Reiki energy through attunements.
Hand positions for self-healing and treating others.
Techniques to cleanse and balance your energy centers (chakras).
The art of grounding and protection.
The power symbol (Cho Ku Rei) for intensifying energy.
