Exploring the 8 Limbs of Yoga (8 CEUS - Yoga Alliance)

In this series, we will explore the 8 limbs of yoga and discuss how these yogic principles and philosophies can be applied in a modern world. Melissa Tanner is an E-RYT 200 and YAECP for Yoga Alliance. This series of classes will count for 8 contact hours for Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education. You may register through YA under provider id 313177 - Melissa Tanner
Cost per session: $25 per person or $75 per person for series if paid in advance.
