Mindful Energizing Vinyasa class with Betsy

This class is offered in person and virtually!

Beginning with a conscious foundation in breath, this class melds an energizing vinyasa flow with mindfulness and intention, rising to greet the sun and always winding down to savasana with a short closing meditation.

Practitioners of all levels are welcome, and I will provide several variations for each posture so that you can explore what feels best in your body at any given moment. Namo namah -- welcome!
