Yoga at Palmerton Area Library

Join Melissa for an hour of yoga appropriate for all levels, shapes and sizes. In this class you will be offered options to make the poses work for your body.

•Please bring your own mat unless the class is held at the home studio.
•We ask for at least 24 hours notice for class registration or cancellation (via text or messenger). Of course, we understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate emergencies.
•If a minimum of two students are not registered, the class will be cancelled.
•Private sessions in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Reiki are always available. Reach out to schedule.

Cost for class is $14. Class passes are also available and cost $60 for five classes or $100 for ten classes.
