Youth Wellbeing Summit

Our Youth Council has planned an epic event for Palmy's youth, filled with workshops, activities, and entertainment - and it’s all FREE!

The event is all about discovering different ways to look after yourself in a fun, relaxed, and welcoming space.

Throughout the afternoon, they’ve planned workshops and interactive stalls on things like:
- Mindfulness
- Identity
- Sleep
- Healthy relationships
- Spending and more!

There’s loads to enjoy and plenty of action with boxing and team sports, plus hands-on experiences like AI creation and virtual reality.

Come with your mates, bring the whānau, or just show up and see what’s going on!
