The Mindful Meet-Up: Rainbow group 🌈

A 10-week meditation program starting 30th April 2025, incorporating mindfulness, play, and connection. Take time for yourself, meet new friends, and enjoy a mid-week reset for your body and mind.

During this session Lucas will guide the group through different meditation & mindfulness activities, after which we will connect by enjoying games and activities whilst sharing a light supper & tea 🍵
