What to Expect at Mum Camp Muriwai 2025
Friday
From 5pm
Arrive at Houghtons Bush Camp, 75 Motutara Road, Muriwai.
Register and receive a welcome gift, beautiful hor d’oeuvres and a delicious welcome drink.
When everyone has arrived, we will gather for a group welcome, introduction to the weekend and a creative collaboration.
7pm onwards
Enjoy a delicious buffet. Enjoy getting to know your fellow camper and explore the art tables if that takes your fancy.

Saturday
Fruit, tea and coffee machines available.
7.30am
Start the morning with an optional, fabulous women focused movement class.
8.30am
Fuel up on a delicious continental and cooked breakfast.
10am to 2pm
Head into the first workshop of the weekend. Through this you will be well fueled with morning tea snacks and a delicious lunch.
Amazing speaker to address the intersection of a personal journey and a parenting journey
2pm – 4pm
Time to indulge in exactly what feel like doing. Maybe it’s the exploring the surrounding native bush, journaling, connecting through conversation, creating at the art table, enjoying a delicious afternoon tea.
4pm – 6pm
Our second workshop.
7pm onwards
Share a yummy dinner followed by time for creating, connecting, chilling and pampering…. And then bed!

Start the morning with an optional movement class.
8.30am
Fuel up on a delicious indulgent breakfast and clear.
10am – 12pm
Closing workshop. With the purpose of integrating what you received over the weekend and working out what to do with it.
Celebration cake and tea ceremony.
Head home by midday inspired, reinvigorated and with even more respect for the important role you play in the lives of your beloved young people.
