The Forum: Helping kids know Jesus

**This Forum event is a longer seminar on Sunday afternoon. Suitable for parents, kids ministry volunteers, and anyone with an interest in passing on Christian faith to the next generation!**

Deuteronomy 6 instructs parents to impress upon their children to love God with their heart, soul, mind and strength. God alone changes hearts. But God loves to use his people - parents together with the local church - as he transforms young lives.

This course aims to explore this partnership. It focuses on building a healthy partnership between parents and the church community. It explores the priority of discipling children through the Word and the priority of prayer.

We will interact with video content from Sandy Galea and participate in exercises to stimulate and facilitate discussion in groups and pairs. There are also self-reflection activities and time set aside for prayer.

2.5 hours of content, with a break for afternoon tea.
