The next Song Nest is hatching on June 29th at 4pm in Feilding!
Soul Nest is a gathering where we sing melodic mantras (single phrase affirmations) and song seeds (short songs). There’s no need to learn lyrics or to sing in harmony. I will guide you to sing freely and the feeing that this brings will allow for deep creative expression, emotional release & to fill your heart with warmth & the feeling of connectedness.
We’re talking warm hugs in musical form.
We’ll breathe, we’ll sing, we’ll laugh.
Together, we create safety, connection, and that warm fuzzy feeling you get from singing with others who totally get it.

Grown-up gals, women, and anyone who identifies as female and adult-ish. No need to read music. No need to have sung since high school choir. No need to bring anything but yourself and a willingness to make joyful noise.
