Scrum Clinic for Front Rowers

Manawatu Rugby invite any and all emerging Front Rowers (16 years and older) Males and Females, to come along and learn mobility, exercise’s and technique to develop the strength and understanding required to become confident in this position.

Guided by Turbo’s and Cyclones coaches and Strength and Conditioner’s this is a series that will challenge and forge great habits to become productive and aware scrummager’s.

Where - Rugby Performance Centre. 28 Waldegrave Street
When – 6:30am (for roughly 60mins) Friday 6th June, 13th June, 19th June

No need to sign up, simply turn up by 6:30am on the day to take part.
Must be 16 or older
