ABOUT THIS COURSE
“As a result of our pure actions or pure karma, everything we will experience will be pure.” – Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Don’t worry if you spend a lot of time mulling over negative experiences.
You are not alone! And there is hope.
With some basic understanding of our mind and karma we can learn to turn this situation around and create positive experiences.

On this course we learn simple meditations to purify our mind and create these pure experiences.
