Pulse is a vibrant, nightclub-style dance and social event designed exclusively for high school students in Years 9 to 13. Hosted by Kiwi DJ Services, Pulse brings a safe and energetic atmosphere to Palmerston North where teens can come together, dance, and enjoy an unforgettable night out — free from drugs, alcohol, and vaping.
Each event is fully supervised with licensed security and trained staff onsite, creating a welcoming environment where young people can feel safe while having fun. Entry is strictly limited to current high school students with valid school ID (or an approved exemption), ensuring the space is just for teens.
With professional DJ sets, lighting, and a buzzing crowd, Pulse offers the full experience of a club night in a controlled and positive setting. The Pulse Bar will also be open during the event, serving a range of affordable soft drinks, bottled water, and snacks (cash only).
Pulse isn’t just a party — it’s a community initiative designed to give youth a place to connect, express themselves, and build friendships outside of school in a fun, respectful, and inclusive space.
