Last time, we listened. We heard powerful stories from people across the disability community, Māori, ethnic minorities, older people, former prisoners, and rainbow communities about what inclusion — and exclusion — really feels like.

Now it’s time to take the next step.

This follow-up training is a practical, hands-on workshop where you’ll work with others to explore how your organisation can be more genuinely inclusive. You don't need to have attended the first session to participate in this one. Whether you’re starting out or already on the journey, this session will help you:

- Reflect on what inclusion means in your context
- Identify barriers — big or small — that may be getting in the way
- Workshop simple, practical changes you can start making right now
- Learn from others’ experiences and share your own progress and challenges
