Grasshopper Yoga (Under 5's)

Is your little one ready for some fun and stretchy grasshopper yoga?

This is a playful 3-week programme designed just for under 5's. These sessions will include gentle stretches tailored for toddlers and preschoolers. Bring along a drink bottle and an eager, playful mind.

📍Sessions will be held on August 5th, 12th, and 19th, from 10:00am until 10:40am.

Whether they're new to yoga or ready to explore more, this is the perfect way to introduce your little one to the joys of movement and mindfulness.
