No experience is needed—just bring your open heart and willingness to receive. Choose a cushion or chair, settle in, and allow yourself to surrender. Let go of tension. Release the weight of needing to do. Just be.

Through the resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, Native American flutes, sacred drums, and guided meditation, you’ll be gently held in a vibrational cocoon of healing and renewal.

For 90 sacred minutes, we hold this space—for you. A space where transformation arises naturally from within.
