Beginner Belly Dance @Nicole Cote School of Dance

New to belly dance or want to brush-up on your technique? Join Marcelly every Saturday morning for Beginner Belly Dance class. This class is designed with the absolute beginner in mind and no dance experience is required – even those with physical limitations. Beginner Belly Dance introduces students to the basic movement vocabulary of Egyptian style belly dance style and explores basic posture, basic hip work, core engagement, breathing, shimmies, traveling steps and beautiful arm work. Enter the wonderful and enchanted world of belly dance!
