Sherwood Forest in Bastrop Homecoming Parade

Join us as Sherwood Forest Faire's castle float rides again in the Bastrop Homecoming parade!

Line-up will be on the corner of Cedar and Hill street in Bastrop at 8:45am with judging begnning shortly after. Please come dressed in full, but light garb; it will be a hot one! This is one of our biggest parades of the year.

Please peace-tie weapons, wear period headgear, and bring a period drinking vessel so you can stay hydrated without bursting our "bubble" that we are a group of adventurers straight out of the Middle Ages.

If you would rather support Sherwood from the crowd, we'd love to have a contingency of Sherwood Folks watching the parade, too!
Please wear garb or Sherwood T-shirts to support the paraders.

We will have water to drink and paper fliers to hand out to the crowd.
