Join us on the event lawn for a morning of movement, sound, and connection. Ease into your weekend with a gentle, guided stretch and immersive sound bath led by our wellness instructors. Surrounded by the harmonic tones of singing bowls, this all-levels experience will ground your body and calm your mind.

We'll close with a gratitude ceremony in honor of Global Wellness Day, a global celebration of water, wellness, and the powerful ritual of hot springs bathing.
