Relaxing Immersive Sound Therapy Workshop @Paducah

Join this Immersive Sound Therapy workshop at Verticality Aerial Fitness in Paducah, KY. If you haven't been to a singing bowl session before, know that it is, at the very least, incredibly relaxing, and can be a transformative/healing experience for many.

During this workshop, we will discover how to use the progressive muscle relaxation technique to alleviate physical and mental tension, followed by a guided Nidra meditation for relaxation of the body and mind. You will be taken deeper into relaxation and healing with the sounds of tuning forks, quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that are specifically attuned to align the energy centers of the body.

Bring anything you would like to make yourself comfortable, including a yoga mat, pillows, eye mask, blanket, etc. A few mats and eye masks also available onsite.
