Cultivating a Heart of Service – A Summer Camp for Teens

This summer, Ocean Yoga invites teens (ages 11-16) to embark on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and community engagement. Cultivating a Heart of Service is a unique 5-day camp (July 28 – August 1) designed to help teens develop focus, compassion, and a deeper connection to the world around them.

Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Various outdoor locations + Ocean Yoga Studio

Throughout the week, participants will engage in hands-on community service projects, outdoor activities, and reflective exercises that encourage teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. Each day will conclude with an exclusive yoga session designed specifically for teens, offering them tools to cultivate inner balance and resilience.

This camp is perfect for teens looking to build confidence, explore mindfulness, and make a meaningful impact—all while having fun in a supportive and inspiring environment!
