As summer winds down and the school year approaches, give your child the gift of mindfulness, movement, and fun! Our Kids Mindfulness Summer Camp is designed for children ages 5-10 to explore yoga, nature, and creative play while developing emotional regulation skills.

🌞 What to Expect:
✅ Daily kid-friendly yoga & mindfulness sessions at Ocean Yoga (Studio 2)
✅ Outdoor adventures – nature walks, movement games, and exploration
✅ Sensory play & creativity – kinetic sand, slime-making, and more!
✅ A relaxed, nurturing environment to help kids connect with themselves and others

Led by our wonderful kids' yoga teacher, Tasha Hudick, this camp is the perfect way for little ones to reset, recharge, and have fun before heading back to school!
