Yoga & Poetry for Self Expression & Healing at Finley Farms

Led by local poetry teacher and facilitator Gemma Campanini and Leslie Smith, ERYT200 & Certified Transformational Coach, this class offers a supportive and nurturing environment filled with creative prompts and reflective exercises designed to help you express your inner voice and process emotions.

Whether you’re an experienced writer or new to poetry, this session is about finding freedom in your words and embracing the beauty of your unique story.

What to Expect:

– A gentle, mindful yoga practice to start to allow our thoughts and emotions to move through

– Gentle guidance to explore self-expression through poetry

– Writing prompts that inspire creativity and introspection

– A safe, judgment-free space to share (optional) and connect

– Connection to themes of growth, resilience, and feminine wisdom
